Meeting with MP Brad Redekopp

Members of the NAMAS executive had a highly productive meeting with MP Brad Redekopp, representing Saskatoon West. We discussed our association's mission, our commitment to fostering unity and welfare for our community, and our efforts to contribute positively to Saskatoon.

We highlighted upcoming initiatives like the tax clinic and other key programs.

We also raised concerns about how the changing immigration policies impact students and other immigrants. MP Redekopp acknowledged these concerns and noted that with recent changes in government and the new Minister of Immigration, his office will monitor developments closely.

MP Redekopp expressed strong support for our work and is eager to collaborate on initiatives that will aid immigrants in settling and integrating. We look forward to a continued partnership and appreciate his open-door policy for future discussions.
